Privacy Policy:
We protect your personal information as if it was our own. We want your shopping experience with The Funky Koi to be a safe and worry-free experience. We do not view, store or maintain your debit or credit card information. We do not collect personal information without your knowledge. We do not sell, rent, or give your personal information to any party. We will not feed spammers, just Koi! We will only contact you if there is a problem or question about your order; have joined our email list; or when you follow our posts on Social Media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn.

Pricing:
Our goal is to provide quality Koi, Koi Pond and Water Garden products at the lowest possible prices. We search for the best prices with our wholesale distributors to pass the best offers we can find to our customers! Our prices cannot be compared to auction sites or discount stores as we are committed to maintaining excellent relationships with manufacturers who require Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP).

The product pricing on our website has been inspected for pricing errors. We reserve the right to notify you of errors and to cancel the order. We will do our best to ensure pricing errors do not occur as your 100% satisfaction is very important to us.

Shipping:
Parcel and Freight companies do not count weekends, holidays, or the day of shipment in their delivery times. For example, if a package tracking number is available on Friday; the product will not start traveling until the next business day, Monday.

Shipping costs will be evident during the check out process. If you notice an unusually high shipping cost, please notify us.

We reserve the right to notify you in the event we experience unexpected or unusually high shipping costs on a product you have selected for purchase. We will contact you so you can decide whether to continue the order with us or cancel the order.

The Funky Koi only ships to the lower 48 states as it is very difficult to provide the best customer service to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, Canada, Mexico & other countries. We strive to ship all products same day! Shipment tracking numbers will be sent to the email address used during the checkout process as soon as the tracking numbers are available.

All products less than 100 pounds are shipped via standard ground service such as Fedex. Some distribution points use UPS or the United States Postal Service.

Expedited shipping may be available for items weighing less than 100 pounds. If you need faster ground service, please contact sales@funkykoi.com and we will do our best to assist and provide you with the expedited shipping costs.

Product packages over 100 pounds are shipped by common carrier (typically Conway). Orders are typically processed within two business days. We will help coordinate delivery time with the shipping companies but cannot guarantee delivery times. We will not be held responsible for delayed product delivery costs, including but not limited to labor and/or stand-by charges or equipment rental.

For products over 100 pounds: Semi trucks will deliver to your location but it must be easily accessible for the truck driver to make the delivery and safely turn around. Off-loading your package from the truck is your responsibility. The Funky Koi will not be held liable for unloading your product and/or additional delivery charges incurred if your ship-to address is inaccessible to the delivery truck.

Shipping costs will be evident during the check out process.  If you notice an unusually high shipping cost, please notify us.

Product Availability:
Our distributors stock most of the products offered on our website. If the item is temporarily out of stock we will notify you. We do our best to keep up-to-date on stock availability but sometimes stock is discontinued by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to cancel the order in the event the product is discontinued and is not available with our other distributors.

Product Guarantee:
Damage by misuse is not covered by our Product Guarantee.  The manufacturer determines if product failure is due to misuse or product failure.

All warranties are limited to the manufacturer’s choice of replacement or refund of the cost of that particular product, and exclude any consequential expenses that may have occurred as a result of the defective product.  The buyer is responsible for all costs associates with the return to the manufacturer.

NOTE: In some instances, warranties are serviced directly from the manufacturer due to their products’ technical complexity. Examples of the manufacturer direct companies are:  Laguna, AquaUV, K&H, EG Danner, Sequence Pumps, Evolution Pumps, OASE Floating Fountains, OASE Fountain Technology Products and Kasco Marine Floating Fountain and many more.

We will assist you with troubleshooting possible product defects and provide directions for defective product returns to the manufacturer.

Product Returns:
Your 100% Satisfaction is our Goal.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT PRODUCTS THAT ARE USED OR HAVE FAILED DURING OR AFTER THE WARRANTY PERIOD.

We DO accept UNOPEN and UNUSED products within seven days of receipt.  First, we must provide you with a tracking number / return authorization.

We do Value your Business and will guide and assist you with defective product returns to the Manufacturer for replacement.   The manufacturer determines if failure is from misuse or product failure.

All defective product returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number, from the manufacturer, prior to return.

The RA number must be boldly and clearly written on the address label and included inside the box with your contact information. Any returns without the Return Authorization (RA) number will not be accepted.

All returns must be approved and have an Return Authorization.
All returns for non-defective product is subject to 30% restocking fee.
All returns must be performed within 7 days of receipt / delivery attempt.

The buyer is responsible to SIGN for any and ALL packages which require an INDIRECT or DIRECT signature.  Signatures are required to protect YOUR order due to cost of product or during season of high theft (i.e. holidays).

All product returns for warranty MUST be made through the Manufacturer.  We will happily assist and provide you with a sales receipt copy.

Shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Legal Claims: All disputes must be decided under MA law and any proceedings must be commenced in a Bristol County, MA court.
